I woke up this morning to a grey sky, gusts of wind and some light rain. That’s the garden watered then which is good news because 1) I won’t have to do it and 2) there’s a hose ban here so the grass doesn’t get any water otherwise. Grey days can be depressing but in the summer, it is a chance to do something different. This is why I decided to have fun with this letter over my summer break and adopt a different format, inspired by James Clear’s newsletter.

2 IDEAS

• I came across a video on YouTube that showed how to decorate a journal/art journal with pictures from magazines. I often use pictures from magazines in my mixed media creative play but this pushed me to the next level in terms of looking at them to find gems. It was truly a revelation!
   
• I love the idea of creating a summer (or any season) bucket list and I really liked the concept of making it into a beautiful bingo page. It adds to the fun and we can never have enough of it, can we?
