Â
I hope this email finds you in high spirits and brimming with positivity! As we navigate through the ups and downs of life, it's only natural that we develop a few bad habits along the way. Whether it's biting our nails, procrastinating, or indulging in that extra piece of chocolate, we all have those habits we'd love to bid farewell to.
Â
But here's the thing, dear one – breaking those habits doesn't have to feel like an insurmountable mountain. In fact, with a little support and encouragement, we can begin to conquer them without suffering.Â
Â
Let's embark on a journey together, where we focus on breaking just one habit that we believe is holding us back. It could be something small or something more
significant – the choice is entirely yours.Â
Â
Imagine the sense of accomplishment and empowerment we'll experience as we triumph over these habits that no longer serve us. We'll be taking charge of our lives, one habit at a time, and creating space for new and healthier habits to flourish.
Â
Today, is the day you no longer(............) , but
rather than say, "I 'shouldn't' (..............), you say, "I 'don't' ((............)", just like you would say "I don't drive above the speed limit. It's a rule you live by.
Â
Make your own rules and have fun with them as well. If you want to reduce the amount of time you spend on social media, maybe your first rule might be, "I don't check social
media before I am showered and dressed."Â
Â
So, are you ready to take that first step towards breaking free from your bad habit? I'm excited to have you join me on this journey of self-improvement and growth. Why not commit to your new rule by replying to this email with the habit you'd like to tackle first? I'll be right there beside you, cheering you on every step of the way.
Â
I have an optional accountability tool for you. I have made a tracking sheet for you to tick every day (or colour or put a sticker in) that you have lived by your new rule. There are 100 boxes because when you get to the end of it, this new rule will be second nature to you. If you couldn't do it one day, just put a cross in the box and resume the next day. NO PROBLEM!Â
Â
Remember, we're stronger together, and together, we can conquer those habits that no longer serve us.
