“Your energy in the morning is a clean slate,
and you get a chance each day to build it up the way you want”

I hope this email finds you feeling inspired
and ready for a fresh start !On our last day, I want to share something truly transformative with you – the incredible benefits of establishing morning and evening routines.
Now, you might be wondering, "Why should I bother with routines?" Well, routines are so much more than just a series of tasks. They are the magical power that can bring structure, balance, and harmony into our lives. By dedicating a little time to
ourselves each morning and evening, we can unlock a world of positivity, productivity, and self-care.
We often get frazzled during the day, between all out commitments, stressed people around us and the news, not forgetting the unexpected and our chaotic mind! The Dalai Lama says, "Calm mind brings inner strength and self-confidence, so that's very important for good health."
Picture this: waking up feeling refreshed, energised, and ready to tackle the day ahead. A morning routine allows you to set the tone for the day, cultivating a positive mindset and giving you the power to face any challenges head-on. Whether it's savouring a cup of tea, practicing movement, or journaling your thoughts, these simple rituals can transform your mornings into moments of tranquility and self-reflection.
How do you start your day? How would you like to start your day? Do you need to wake up earlier? Is there a morning practice you would like to adopt? What one thing can you do in the morning that would have a big impact on the rest of your day?
Evening routines are equally important, as they help us unwind, relax, and prepare for a restful night's
sleep. By establishing a consistent wind-down routine, you can bid farewell to those sleepless nights and welcome a deep, rejuvenating slumber. Imagine indulging in a warm bath, reading a book, or practicing mindfulness, allowing your mind and body to release the day's stress and worries. Sweet dreams await!
How do you close the day and signal to your body and mind that all is well in this moment? What ritual could you
adopt? Read a poem or a spiritual text? Write three things you are grateful for or proud of achieving that day? What ritual would help you fall peacefully asleep?
Now, I know life can get hectic, and it may seem challenging to find time for these routines. But trust me, carving out just a few minutes each morning and evening for yourself will be the best gift you can give to your well-being. Remember, self-care is not
selfish; it's a necessity!
I encourage you to embrace the power of morning and evening routines. Start small, experiment, and find what works best for you. Remember, there's no one-size-fits-all approach – the key is to create a routine that aligns with your unique needs and desires. Now, go forth and create your own magical routines!
Wishing you all radiant mornings and peaceful evenings!
